The variety is Little Finger and they are so tasty I'm surprised any made it to the kitchen.

Blackberry Jam Time!

Blackberries are in!! Tarver is canning jam as fast as i can pick them!! Blackberries are also being served with breakfast on the Buttermilk Pancakes with berry syrup, sunflower brittle, basil, creme fraiche, and bacon. Yummy.

Private event on the terrace

It makes me so happy to see the terrace set up for an event.  Every table is set just perfect, and over looking the gardens and the beautiful mountains.  What a great day!

Peas from garden to breakfast table

 Started with the variety Easy Peasy Pea.

The end result was an omelet with fresh peas, speck alto adiege and ramp vinaigrette!!  How exciting!!
